  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please email us a picture of the damaged product. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. If you no longer require the item, we will issue a full refund to the card used during the purchase.
  • Wrong Orders: If you ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
