Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link to the courier's website. If you don’t receive this email, please reach out to our customer service team. You can also track your order by emailing us at info@brightwaymart.com.

Delivery Costs

  • U.S. Orders: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders.
  • International Orders: A shipping fee of $4.99-$7.99 USD applies, depending on your destination.

Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the parcel will be returned to us at the customer's expense. These costs, including the return shipping fee, will be deducted from the order total before issuing a refund.

Upon Receipt of Your Order
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, refuse the delivery or sign as "Damaged" and contact us immediately on the same day.

Change of Delivery Address
Once your order is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at info@brightwaymart.com.

Bank Holidays
We do not deliver on bank holidays. Any orders scheduled for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day.
